You have been sued by Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for the County of Nez Perce, Idaho, Case No. CV35-20-0344.
The nature of the claim against you is an action for declaratory relief and judicial foreclosure of the real property currently known as 623 WARNER AVENUE, LEWISTON, IDAHO 83501 and legally described as
THE WEST 106.67 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 23, LEWISTON ORCHARDS TRACT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, RECORDS OF NEZ PERCE COUNTY, IDAHO. EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR ROAD OVER THE WEST 40 FEET THEREOF WITH THE SOUTH LINE BEING THE CENTERLINE OF WARNER AVENUE.
Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case Number and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 1230 Main St., P.O.
