MAXINE M. MILES AND THE UNKNOWN OWNERS AND UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF NEZ PERCE, STATE OF IDAHO, TO WIT:

That portion of Lot 17 described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Lot 17, Section 23 Township 35 North Range 4, West of the Boise Meridian. Thence North 660 feet; thence West 495 Feet; thence South 660 feet; thence east 495 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.50 acres, in Nez Perce County, State of Idaho.

AND

The North Half of the East Half (N E ) of Lot 28 in Section 23, Township 35 North Range 4, West of the Boise Meridian in Nez Perce County, State of Idaho.

TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS OF MAXINE M. MILES AND THE UNKNOWN OWNERS AND UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS, in the caption of this Summons by Publication:

You have been sued by JONATHAN H. YEAROUT and ROSA M. YEAROUT, husband and wife, Plaintiffs, in the District Court of the Second Judicial District of the State of Idaho, County of Nez Perce, CASE NO. CV35-20-0835.

The nature of the claim against you is an action for title to the real property described in the caption of this Summons by Publication to be quieted in plaintiffs, JOHNATHAN H. YEAROUT and ROSA M. YEAROUT, husband and wife, and Defendants, the unknown owners and unknown claimants; also all other Persons or Parties Unknown Claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the hereinabove described real property situate in the County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho, in the caption of this Summons by Publication, and that the plaintiffs, JONATHAN H. YEAROUT and ROSA M. YEAROUT, be adjudged and decreed to be the owner in fee simple absolute of said real property.

Any time after twenty-one (21) days following the last publication of this Summons, the Court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at: Nez Perce County District Court, Nez Perce County Courthouse, Lewiston, ID 83501, (208) 750-2057, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiffs attorney at: Cody R.
