INVITATION FOR BIDS

Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport

Interested parties are invited to submit a signed SEALED BID to farm approximately 380 acres

adjacent to the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport pursuant to a Cash Rent Farm Lease. The Lease will be for ten crop years beginning with the 2021 crop year. The proposed Cash Rent Farm Lease may be found at http://www.flypuw.com/invitation-for-bids, or the proposed Cash Rent Farm Lease may be inspected at the Office of the Executive Director, Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport, 3200 Airport Complex North, Pullman, WA 99163. The areas to be farmed are Parcels 3,4,5,6, and 7 on the map found at http://www.flypuw.com/invitation-for-bids. The bid must propose to farm all parcels.

SEALED BIDS must be submitted in writing and must be received no later than 12 P.M., Pacific Daylight Time, August 19, 2020 at the following address:

Bids must state a cash rent per acre that the Bidder will pay, and describe the Bidder's experience in farming. Bidder's experience in using sustainable farming practices will be considered. The best responsive bid, in the sole opinion and sole discretion of the Pullman-Moscow Regional Board, will be selected. The Pullman-Moscow Regional Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids received.

The Bid opening will be at 1:00 P.M., Pacific Daylight Time, August 19, 2020 at the Airport Training Room, ARFF Building, 3200 Airport Complex North, Pullman, WA 99163.

If awarded, the successful Bidder will be required to execute the proposed Cash Rent Farm Lease.
