CALL FOR BIDS FOR

PURCHASE OF SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE ITEMS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Independent School District No.1, Lewiston, Idaho, for the purchase of school food service items, which will include the following:

1. School Lunch Products #22-10

2. Dairy Products #22-09

Bid documents are available from Lance Hansen at the Central District Administrative Office at 3317 12th Street, Lewiston, ID 83501 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until the day of bid opening. Bid documents may also be obtained by visiting the District’s website at www.lewistonschools.net/business-office-purchasing/. These are two individual bids, and each bid must be submitted separately.

No faxes or e-mailed bids will be accepted.

Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2022, to:

Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. At the stated time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof of any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids.
